Start with a real problem

Write down the problem. Build an experiment.

See what is worth solving

Start with recurring friction in everyday work. Understand how it is handled, where the effort goes and what a good result looks like.

Connect models with tools

Explore retrieval, memory and tool calling. Break ideas into small, runnable experiments to learn how Agents complete tasks.

Check the resultVERIFY

Let real use be the test

Document results, limitations and failures. Keep progress that can be reproduced and work on what remains unresolved.

These are directions under exploration. Work will appear here as experiments are tested and verified.

OPENING NOTEA beginning

This is where the building starts

I’m C Jayden, the founder of Qinjing Studio. I’m learning and building AI Agents, and I want to turn that process into work you can see.

This website will grow alongside the experiments. Whenever something works in practice, I’ll write it down.

About this journal

Next, I’ll choose experiments from problems I’ve experienced: understand the task, connect the tools and check the result. I’ll record both the approaches that work and the reasons others fail.

An experiment will join the studio’s portfolio only when it works reliably in a real setting.
