Provider and scope
Shopwise is provided by 广州琴景网络工作室 (Guangzhou Qinjing Network Studio). Contact: contact@c-jayden.com. Shopwise is an independent studio product and does not represent Amazon. This notice covers the website, trial-interest and inquiry emails, and the future authorized service described below. Registering interest does not activate a service or confirm a trial place.
Current website and email
Tencent Exmail receives and stores contact emails. We use your email address and any marketplace, problem description or correspondence you voluntarily provide to reply to inquiries and contact you about a future trial. Marketplace and problem details are optional. The studio has not configured mail forwarding or connected AI email tools; interest and inquiry emails are not used for AI processing.
The website uses a language-preference cookie valid for one year. Change languages to update it or remove it in your browser. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser details and access logs for delivery and security. The website has no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
Future authorized data and purposes
With explicit seller consent, the future service will process necessary store, sales, product, fee, refund, settlement, inventory and shipment information for agreed read-only analysis. Scope depends on consent, eligibility, marketplace and data availability. Restricted buyer names, addresses and phone numbers are outside the planned scope, and the service will not automatically change store operations. Do not email passwords, tokens, buyer information or sensitive reports.
Service support and AI analysis
Hosting, storage, email and future AI-analysis providers may process necessary information for the relevant service purposes. Future AI-assisted analysis is planned to use necessary sales, inventory and fee metrics, excluding authorization credentials and buyer personal information.
Specific service arrangements and applicable processing disclosures will be provided before real data is connected. Material provider or purpose changes will be explained beforehand, with consent where required.
Retention
Contact emails are kept as needed for inquiries and interest correspondence and may be deleted on request; the 90-day seller-metric period does not apply to email. The table describes future authorized-service arrangements. Revocation and other deletion triggers take precedence under the next section. Ninety days is a product choice, not a universal Amazon retention requirement.

Revocation and deletion
Seller revocation, service termination or removal of access, loss of processing authority, an Amazon deletion notice, or termination/expiry of our participation in the Services will trigger a stop to further processing, removal of credentials and deletion. From the earliest applicable trigger, the primary database is planned to be cleared within seven days and backups and other copies, including relevant processor copies, within 30 days. Identity verification will not restart an existing deadline. De-identification will not replace required deletion.
Only an explicit legal, tax or regulatory obligation may justify keeping the minimum directly relevant information, with restricted purposes and deletion when the necessary period ends.
Contact and your choices
Email contact@c-jayden.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw trial interest. We will verify the relationship to the relevant mailbox or store without requesting passwords or tokens. Future seller authorization may also be revoked in the relevant Amazon settings. Material processing changes will be explained beforehand, with notice or consent under applicable requirements.
